Middle Leader - Youth Ministry and Secondary Classroom Teacher Job No: TCE4506 Commencement Date: 19 January 2026 Location: Cloncurry, QLD Tenure: Full Time, Permanent (Full Time, Permanent Teaching role with a Fixed Term Appointment to the Middle Leader position)  Salary Range: $86,600 to $124,725 + Middle Leader Allowance or $13,024 per annum + Superannuation St Josephs Catholic School - Cloncurry invites applications for an experienced Middle Leader – Youth Ministry and Secondary Classroom Teacher. This full-time role includes a fixed-term Middle Leader appointment from 19 January to 4 December 2026.  This role will lead vibrant youth ministry initiatives, coordinate sacramental and spiritual programs, and foster students’ personal and spiritual growth at St Joseph’s Catholic School. Working closely with the APRE, Catholic Identity, and Indigenous Education teams, the leader will promote a strong sense of belonging, participation, and Gospel values across the school community. The role also provides strategic leadership in Faith and Mission, Educational, and Staff dimensions supporting curriculum development, inclusive learning, professional growth, and collaborative relationships with staff, students, and parents.
