Customer service is a cornerstone of Vino Volo's strategy, and the company invests heavily in training its staff through our own development program. Team members work together to maintain all aspects of restaurant and sales performance including back-of-house duties. The intense working environment is well-suited to ambitious career-minded individuals seeking to develop themselves through hard work. Knowledge and Skills: - Enthusiasm for wines and a desire to learn more about them.- Highly responsible and reliable. - Minimum 1-2 years experience required. - Skilled at and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.- Experienced with and proficient at using retail point-of-sale systems.- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing. - Able to work overtime or late into the evening in the event of flight delays.- Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
