Must be proficient in using spreadsheets and data visualization tools to model complex scenarios.Deep familiarity with Enterprise Marketing Resource Management (MRM) tools (e.g., Anaplan) and CRM environments. Experience designing and governing data taxonomies to ensure accurate reporting and attribution.Experience defining marketing taxonomies and metadata frameworks. You should understand how campaign attributes affect downstream reporting and attribution models. Experience establishing strict governance processes and successfully driving compliance across decentralized, global teams. It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:Experience utilizing scripting languages (e.g., Apps Script, Python) or GenAI tools to automate manual workflows and scale operational support.Background in navigating complex internal tool ecosystems (Attribution, Asset Management) and working with decentralized international teams (EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM).Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through system transitions, new process adoption, and significant operational pivots with minimal disruption.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
