Knowledge and experience in some or all of the following trades: plumbing, HVAC, tiling, carpentry, finishing, minor electrical, and related areas.Skilled at maintenance practices, procedures, and repair work, along with hand tools and equipment that is common to building trades.Some working knowledge of Outlook (Word and Excel) is an asset.
