Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.A Strategic Role at the Heart of LogisticsResponsibilitiesLAN/WAN management: Administer and supervise network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), ensuring their configuration, maintenance and evolution.Monitoring and security: Implement network monitoring tools to detect malfunctions or intrusions, manage backups and security updates, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.Support and troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users concerning network problems (connection, performance, access to network services) and quickly resolve network incidents.Performance optimization: Analyze network performance, identify congestion points, and recommend improvement solutions or equipment upgrades.Technical documentation management: Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, protocols, accesses, equipment configurations and network diagrams.Collaboration with IT teams: Work closely with development, support and security teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and online services.Technology watch: Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices in network management and cybersecurity to anticipate necessary developments.QualificationsHard SkillExperience in setting up and optimizing network infrastructuresExpertise in configuring routers, switches and APs in an SD-WAN (NaaS) environmentExpertise and mastery of network protocols and different OSI layersIn-depth knowledge of wireless technologies (LTE, Wifi 5, 6, 6E, RF)Expertise in setting up and configuring firewalls (Palo Alto, check point, Umbrella or others)Expertise in setting up and configuring network equipmentProficiency in setting up and configuring VPNsKnowledge of Python or other code is a plusCreation of technical documentation, supportManagement of incident, request and problem ticketsKnowledge of Meraki equipment is a plusSoft SkillBachelor's degree in computer science,3 years' professional experience as a network administratorPassionate about IT intelligenceSelf-starterTeam playerMotivatedStrong in proposing solutionsProactive and reactiveExcellent communication skillsResourceful and open-mindedAbility to travel regularly within Canada and internationallyDriver's license requiredWhy Join Us?At Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
