We follow ethical principles and always acknowledge the value each associate, partner and client bring to the table.Position OverviewThe Salesforce Developer with 5-7 years of experience is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and customization techniques. The Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules.Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions to extend Salesforce functionality.Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and reliability.Troubleshoot and debug issues within Salesforce applications, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend best practices and optimizations.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
