Your exceptional customer service skills will come into play while you process their transactions and respond to their inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner. Your organization and proactivity will help you as you coordinate various data and information to increase your workflow and create customer satisfaction. When you begin, you will be supported with all necessary training and will enjoy opportunities for on-the-job learning.This position is hybrid and requires an in-office presence of 3x per week.
