Our team is passionate about helping individuals and families on their fertility journeys, and we’re currently looking for a Full-Time Andrologist / Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to join our Burnaby clinic. If you’re meticulous in your work, energized by meaningful patient connections, and ready to grow in a collaborative environment—we want to meet you. 🔬 What You’ll Be Doing You won’t just work in a lab—you’ll be part of a mission. Your day-to-day will include: Providing compassionate, patient-centred care with professionalism and heart Performing a variety of andrology procedures: Semen analysis Sperm washes for IUI and IVF Trial washes and cryopreservation Donor specimen prep Advocating for patients through every step of their care Maintaining precise sterile techniques and laboratory best practices Thriving in a role that values adaptability, clear communication, and attention to detail 💡 What You Bring You’re not just a lab expert—you’re a people person too. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: MLT Certification is required.
