The Internal Audit Development team is responsible for building in-house digital platforms which support the Audit planning and execution lifecycles as well as fostering collaboration across the Audit group. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 years’ experience with Node.js, JavaScript. 3 years’ experience with Front End UI tools such as Angular, Next, Vue, or Nuxt. 3 years’ experience with container platforms like Redhat OCP (OpenShift). 3 years’ experience with Relational Databases, preferably MS SQL Server. Full software development life-cycle experience with CI/CD and thorough testing prior to release. Solid understanding of Agile processes and practices. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Python. Experience with diagnostic tools, such as Dynatrace. A good eye for UX design and ability to collaborate closely with UX/UI designers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design, code, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system. Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications. Conduct and contribute to design and code reviews ensuring our apps are scalable, testable, and maintainable. Participate in post-implementation reviews of application, development, and processes, continually working to create a learning environment by sharing with others. Work in an Agile team environment which is fast-paced, fun, and collaborative. Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems and maintain records for the documentation of systems development and revisions. Conduct analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems. Collaborate with different internal teams for software feature delivery, support, and bug fixes. Stay current and competitive by keeping up to date with the latest platform capabilities, security, performance, and reusability.
