There is nothing more valuable than gaining hands-on field experience which will benefit you for years to come in your career as an Engineer. This position is designed to support recent engineering graduates to gain the necessary experience, skills, and competencies to eventually become licensed professionals. This development position will span between 18 – 24 months, rotating through Field Operations then onto various engineering departments for a comprehensive learning experience.Upon completion of the rotation program, a permanent position will be offered within an engineering department. We employ EIT’s and Engineers in our Drilling, Completions, Workovers, Production Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Reservoir Development Departments across our Virden, MB, Estevan, SK, and Calgary, AB offices.
