Toromont Cat is looking for an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner (English / French) to work closely with business leaders and lead strategic, full-cycle recruitment. This position will effectively source, evaluate and hire top talent into Toromont while ensuring and excellent customer and candidate experience. This critical position will ensure that strategic hiring initiatives achieved.As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, YOU will experience: Working within one of the safest organizations in the industry where your safety and well-being are our most important priority Working for the best in class equipment dealer and with the premium Caterpillar brand Opportunities to continuously Learn, Grow and Develop with our Toromont team through our internal Training teams that are geared for your success Competitive total rewards including: wages, benefits, and premiums (as eligible) An opportunity for flexible work schedules and opportunities across multiple locations across Eastern Canada In a typical day, YOU will: Demonstrate safe, respectful, environmentally sound and healthy workplace behaviours at all times Effectively manage full cycle recruiting for designated client groups Work closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, provide insights and implement effective talent acquisition strategies Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS (e.g., UKG/Ultipro) to build talent pipelines Represent the business and our brand at job fairs and networking events. Maintain candidate progression through recruiting stages in ATS, and forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner for effective reporting. Deliver a superior customer experience to all stakeholders Undertake other relevant assignments as required in support of talent acquisition Must-haves for this role: 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a technical or industrial sector; preferably with experience recruiting for skilled trades Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related area of study Effective bilingual (English/French) communicator with the ability to manage and meet business leader expectations Strong interpersonal, organizational, influencing, and time management skills Metrics driven with demonstrated expertise using ATS’s and other related Ability to occasionally travel and represent Toromont at talent acquisition or related events About Toromont Cat With over 4,000 employees and 56 locations from Manitoba to Newfoundland, Toromont Cat has a proven track record, industry knowledge, dealership infrastructure, and service mindset to ensure our Construction, Mining, and Power Generation customers succeed.
