This role fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Home.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the Continuous Quality Improvement Program and RQI processLead internal Quality Team Meetings and staff training on RQIDevelop and submit the Annual HQO Quality Improvement PlanMonitor and analyze quality indicators, trends, and performance outcomesCommunicate Quality Improvement initiatives to Residents’ and Family CouncilCollaborate with Accreditation Coordinator to meet CARF standardsEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and risk management standardsQualifications:Risk management certification is an assetIDEAS and Lean Six Sigma (any colour belt) preferred.Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, trends, and issues in LTCProven management experience in long-term careExpertise in Quality and Risk Management programsKnowledge of Resident Quality Inspection (RQI) under the FLTCA and its RegulationsKnowledge of RAI-MDS 2.0 and/or LTCF and CIHI indicatorsStrong communication, leadership, and team-building skillsPositive, people-focused approach with commitment to resident dignity.InterRAI long-term care facility (LTCF) assessmentCurrent Vulnerable Sector Check, TB test, immunization records, and two supervisory references requiredFrench language is an assetWe look forward to connecting with you and Making Every Moment Matter™.
