Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing supportEticket Database MaintenanceDaily maintenance of our eticket databaseProcessing open couponsProcessing exception eticketsDaily processing of the eticket ETL error queueGDS reject Queue MaintenanceDaily on-time processing of the GDS reject queueTier 2 Ticketing SupportAssisting PAL Airline station CSR’s with reservation and ticketing support of GDS, Interline and Codeshare bookings Assisting Other Airline Partner helpdesks with reservation and ticketing support of FIM/Interline/Codeshare BookingsReservations Agent duties as requiredQuote fares and book flights for customers;Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;Respond to cargo inquires providing freight quotes, fares, reservations, revenue reporting, sales reporting, lost and damage bag reporting, and answering phones;When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required1+ years of customer service experience is required1+ years of technical support experience is preferredExperience in Travel and Tourism is preferred What we offer:Travel privileges with PAL and its networkComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceDefined Contribution Pension PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Tuition Assistance ProgramEmployee and Family Assistance ProgramsPAL Airlines is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that celebrates and encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion whereby individuals are recognized, supported, and respected.
