If you or someone you know is looking for a great warehouse opportunity in a fantastic company, please reach out to us todayJOB TITLE - Team Lead / Warehouse AssociateLOCATION - OakvilleSHIFT TIME - 9:30AM - 6:00PMPAY $28/hr Advantages- Straight days- Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 6:00PM- $28- Full time / on going Responsibilities- Team lead duties - Operate Reach and Counterbalance - Oversee daily operations on the distribution center floor, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes- Assist in managing inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.Qualifications- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a distribution center or warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.- RF scanner experience- Dangerous Good certificate - SAP experience- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.- Must be able to lift 50lbs - Must have a forklift license SummaryIf this role sounds interesting to you , please reach out today and we can discuss further 1.
