BRIEF INTRODUCTION As a Branch Operations Assistant you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team andthe Advisor teams. IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU In the role you will: Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met Assisting with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS We would love to work with you if you have: Superior customer service skills Financial Industry experience Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and oral communication skills WHATS IN IT FOR YOU Competitive Compensation and Benefits package including annual incentive plans, time off entitlements, Pension Plan, Employee Share Ownership Plan and favourable employee rates for employee banking.
