We are looking for casual & full-time Server's (Food Service Support) to work at LakesideManor,our independent senior living community in Salmon Arm, BC. Our Servers provide support in serving meals (lunch & dinner) to our Residents in the dining room as well as providing general dining room cleanup.

Hourly Rate: $17.50 per hour
Benefits: Available after 3 months for part-time and full-time staff, includes health & wellness and pharmacy coverage

Position Overview:

Following food safe practices and company policies and procedures, assists with the preparation, presentation, delivery and service of meals. Respects the choices and preferences of Residents in meal service. Conducts clean up after meals;Stocks the common area kitchen ensuring proper inventory rotation methods are utilized for all perishable products;Collects and distributes bedding and towels to service areas in accordance with pre-determined top up levels. Washes, dries and folds flat linens and towels;

To Be Considered:

Previous hospitality experience is an asset;Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidaysComfortable working alone or in a team environment;Able to plan, organize and deliver services with minimal supervision;Current WHMIS Certification is an asset; andCurrent Food Safe certificate Level 1 – Basic (or equivalent) is an asset.
