Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quadient Inspire Developer to play a critical role in a Major Digital Transformation initiative. This Project involves migrating a large-scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform from OpenText Exstream and legacy stylesheet (XSL-FO) templates to Quadient Inspire Suite. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite, particularly in Designer, Interactive and Scaler leveraging their expertise in both platforms to ensure seamless transition, maintaining document integrity and enhancing customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMigration Execution: Lead the technical migration of existing document templates, logic and data mappings from OpenText Exstream and Stylesheets (XSL-FO) to Quadient Inspire Suite (Designer, Interactive, Scaler)Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document the migration strategy, including current and desired functionalityDevelopment and Coding: Design, develop and implement complex document templates, composition logic and workflows according to the specifications derived from the requirement analysis using Quadient Inspire Designer and InteractiveImplement and optimize document scaling process using Quadient Inspire Scaler to ensure efficient batch, real-time and interactive processingArchitecture and Analysis: Analyze existing applications, understanding data models, document structures and business rules to accurately translate them into the Quadient Inspire environmentTesting and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit, integration and migration validation test plans to ensure the migrated documents are pixel-perfect and business logic is functionally equivalent to the source systemPerformance Optimization: Optimize Quadient Inspire workflows and templates for efficiency, scalability and performance in high-volume, multi-channel environmentsCollaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers and quality assurance teams to gather requirements, resolve migration issues and deploy solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with existing systems and platformsDocumentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed assets and migration procedures.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSHands-on development experience with Quadient Inspire suite (version 15 or later preferred), Debug and Troubleshoot Quadient related issuesExpertise in Quadient Inspire Designer for template creation, including advanced scripting, dynamic logic and complex data mappingStrong understanding of the entire Quadient Inspire Suite: ICM, Interactive, ScalerProficiency in working with various input data formats (XML, JSON, flat files, EBCDIC, XSLT) and integrating with InspireExperience working with batch and real-time implementations Familiarity with web service integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL)Understanding of accessibility standards and developing accessible content adhering to Accessibility standards; WCAG 2.x and PDF/UAGood exposure to all phases of software development life cycle, working in Agile environment.
