If you're passionate about software development and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in front-end technologies including Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS Strong back-end development skills with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Experience with Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, especially in modernization projects Solid understanding of database systems including OracleDB2 and SQL Familiarity with development tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA, IntelliJ, and Eclipse Strong understanding of the insurance domain, particularly in Policy Administration, Claims Processing, and Billing systems Knowledge of API integration, security standards, and performance tuning Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Angular for front-end and Java (Spring Boot) for back-end services Collaborate with teams to modernize Mainframe applications and integrate them with distributed systems Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure secure data exchange between systems Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI, middleware, and Mainframe layers Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Company Benefits & Culture Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A diverse and inclusive work environment that values collaboration and innovation For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
