Position: Senior Key Account Manager – Loblaws/Shoppers Drug Mart Reports to: Senior Director of SalesWe are looking for a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee day-to-day engagement with Loblaws/Shoppers Drug Mart Category Manager teams; building strong partnerships and executing joint business plans. This role requires a strategic sales professional with direct experience managing Loblaws categories, preferably within the Natural channel, strong negotiation skills, and advanced proficiency in analyzing LDIA and Nielsen data to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a background in effective forecasting practices in a CRM system and working cross-functionally to achieve goals in distribution, volume, and trade spend profitability. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment things you will do… Serve as the primary contact for Loblaws/Shoppers Drug Mart, working closely with all divisional category teams to develop and implement sales strategiesDeliver annual sales, distribution, and profit targets by negotiating effective promotional spend with ROI mindset, and effective trade spend managementDevelop and execute annual joint business strategies that align with the companies brand strategy and identify all opportunities for category growth within Loblaws/Shoppers Drug Mart across all divisions Lead the implementation of internal trade marketing strategies, off-shelf display opportunities, and any seasonal programs with each of the divisionsMonitor each divisions performance using sales data, market insights, and portals to track progress and make informed recommendationsDevelop best practices and discipline around forecasting using all reports and trend analysis available from internal departments as well as customer POS data and customer demand planning reports Foster strong, multi-level relationships with key contacts at all divisions and internal teamsSupport the launch of new products and innovation to secure listings in each division Represent brands including One Degree Organic Foods, Little Northern Bakehouse, Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, The Grain Escape and Carbonaut at various trade showsOTHER… This is a home office-based role that includes some field travel within the GTA to oversee in-store executionValid driver's licenseMay on occasion work and travel/attend trade shows at various times, including weekends, as the job requiresBenefitsWe offer our team members many benefits to help them achieve their goals and support our company culture:Opportunities for career growth and developmentCompetitive Healthcare Benefits PackagePerformance Bonus and RRSP MatchingFree delicious and healthy breadFitness incentive fund to help you thriveFriendly and supportive work environment and an ambitious teamDiscounts at our retail store with a great selection of healthy organic productsCompany social events focused around health, great tasting food and getting together as a teamSalary - $105,000 - $132,000 Want to learn more about our mission and products?
