Are you ready to:Take part in the student recruitment process: screening applications, following up with managers and our Campus teamHelp improve the overall student experienceCoordinate schedules and logistics for simulator demonstrations for visitors and partnersEnsure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement projectsOur ideal candidate has:Experience in customer serviceExperience in recruitment (an asset)Ability to interact with managers and various company stakeholders in a clear and professional mannerProficiency in Office 365 suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectivelyStrong organizational skillsHigh sense of responsibilityCuriosity and enthusiasm to continuously learn and actively contribute to the success of our programsBilingual: English and FrenchPreferred Education·Pursuing undergraduate or certificate degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Business or related field with 1 or 2 years completedLocation of the internship is Montreal.Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate.
