They are the firstpersonour clientsandcustomers seeupon arrival, and the last person our clients and customers see when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face,andprofessional demeanor are of the utmost importance.Principal Job Duties:Parkand retrievecars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently,andin a timely manner. Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs,anddevelop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars cleanandorganized, all with a smile on your faceProvide a self-reliant attitude when needed.Mustbe able to work with or without supervision.Promote awesome customer relations. Smile, go aboveandbeyond, make them love LAZParking the moment they meet you.Requirements:Valid Drivers License with at least two years of driving experience.Demonstrate proficiency in coordinating valet services from start to finish, including retrieving keys, parking vehicles safely, and issuing tickets accurately.Strong organizational skills to manage vehicle safety procedures, such as inspecting for damage, directing traffic, and arranging towing services when necessary.Detail-oriented and capable of accurately recording vehicle information using electronic devices or manual tickets, as well as reconciling financial operations and revenue at the end of each shift.Possess effective communication skills to interact professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times, while also promptly reporting any incidents or claims to designated leadership.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.Physical Demands: Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 22.67 kgAbility to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shiftWillingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.) The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
