GHGSat is mapping and tracking the world's greenhouse gas (GHG) emitters. To accomplish this goal GHGSat operates its own satellite and aircraft sensors to collect emissions data, and uses these with third-party data to:  Identify and classify potential GHG emission sites  Detect, quantify and attribute GHG emissions to sources  Generate measurement-informed emissions inventories and other valuable insights from this dataset to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Costing Manager (Approx. 75%) Develop, maintain, and analyze cost models for products, services, and programs. Perform standard costing, job costing, scenario modeling, and variance analysis. Partner with engineering, finance, and operations to gather accurate cost inputs. Reconciliate actual cost to proposal and derive insights to improve future costing.  Support pricing strategy, commercial proposals, and budget planning with detailed cost breakdowns. Evaluate cost drivers and recommend strategies to optimize costs and improve margins. Prepare clear financial dashboards, forecasts, and cost reports for decision-making. Program Management (Approx. 25%) Track program progress, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and deliver timely status reports to leadership. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, manage action items, and ensure milestones are met. Implement and maintain program governance, documentation, and performance frameworks. Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and process enhancements.  RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. 3 years of experience in program/project management and/or costing/financial analysis. Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel, Power BI, cost modeling, and data interpretation. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.  Key Competencies:Demonstrate high initiative and energy Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail. Ability to balance long-term program goals with near-term financial realities. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Benefits Competitive salary + stock options for all full-time employees  Health/Dental benefits  Paid Time Off + floating statutory holidays  Flexible work environment   GHGSat offers a creative and highly motivating work environment.
