Ride the next mile with usResponsibilitiesDemonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20) in the sorting areaBe organized: plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well.Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans. Have good stress management: work under pressure and be at the heart of the action.Be resourceful: respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events.Multitasking: prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives.Be diligent: ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within the team.Qualifications:At least 3 years in a warehouse position and 6 months in a Lead Hand role (an asset).Have warehouse experience, supervising and / or managing employees.Has general computer knowledge (Office365).Knows the current occupational health and safety regulations in force.Is able to express yourself in English.Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
