As a team leader, you’ll interpret business requirements to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and expectations while collaborating with other data developers, analysts and stakeholders. What you’ll do: Analyze and develop new code including automation, integration and unit tests Implement code fixes and support user testing Participate in and/or lead design sessions Actively contribute to code reviews providing constructive feedback to team members Ensure technical solutions and system integrations are developed and maintained in the most efficient and effective manner What we’re looking for: Proficient in a chosen technology stack Communicates moderate to complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely Ability to design and implement functional, easy to use frameworks Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a customer focus Advocate of smart, clean and maintainable code Passion for technology and software development What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
