Job DescriptionAs a 310T Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring they are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee maintenance schedules, and coordinate repair and service activities to keep our equipment operating efficiently.What you’re responsible for:Supervise and lead a team of 310T technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasksImplement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of our fleetPerform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipmentConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipmentSchedule and coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and maintenance workOversee the procurement of parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenanceMaintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activitiesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesTroubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issuesComplete repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety and quality standardsQualificationsTo join our team:You have a valid 310T licenseYou have experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a heavy equipment maintenance settingYou have strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair proceduresYou have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsYou are proficient in computerized maintenance management systemsYou have effective communication and interpersonal skillsYou have strong organizational and time management abilitiesYou must have your own set of hand tools
