If so, Innisfail Home Centre presents the perfect opportunity for you Join our team at the Innisfail Home Centre as a temporary part-time Yard Attendant.Position: Yard AttendantTemporary, Part-Time: 24–36 hours per week. This seasonal role is expected to last 3 months, with the possibility of extension.Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer serviceEnsure equipment is operated in a safe and responsible matterKeep yard and warehouse free of obstructions, debris, and snow and stack pallets as requiredOperate hand and/or controlled forkliftsPrepare orders to ensure prompt deliveryStock, face and rotate inventory following the First In, First Out (FIFO) processPerform additional duties as assigned by the managerQualifications:Exceptional attention to detail and qualityHighly self-motivatedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding customer service and communication skillsTeam player with the ability to work independentlyValid Class 3 Licence with Air brake endorsement is an assetMust provide an acceptable driver's abstract upon hireExperience running a forklift is preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs;some heavy lifting is requiredApplicants must be over 14 years old.
