Description du posteRelevant d’un superviseur à la production, les candidats seront appelés à faire partie d'une équipe dynamique dans le domaine de la fabrication du carton recyclé.
Ils auront comme principales fonctions d'approvisionner et d'opérer les différents équipements en plus de travailler sur plusieurs autres tâches connexes. Les candidats doivent être disponibles pour faire des remplacements prévus et imprévus sur différents postes. Possibilités de gravir les lignes de promotion rapidement Plusieurs départs à la retraite dans les années à venir.

recherchéesTechnique en pâtes et papiers ou diplôme d’études secondaires complété et réussi (D. E. S.);Expérience dans le domaine des pâtes et papiers (un atout);Cartes de compétences pour manipuler un chariot élévateur (un atout);Capable de travailler sur les quarts rotatifs et disponibles pour travailler sur un horaire de travail irrégulier;Facilement joignable et disponible à effectuer du travail de réserve sur appel;Leader en santé et sécurité, attitude positive, facilité d’apprentissage, bonnes aptitudes mécaniques et sens de l’initiative.
