We put you first:  Salary range for Forklift Operator Starting at $ 22.68 and after 3 month rate is $ 24.40Schedule M-F with possible mandatory Saturdays could eventually move to Tuesday to SaturdayBoot and/or tool allowanceTelemedicine, Group insuranceFinancial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)   Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Kelowna, as the CR Equipment Operator :  Perform daily pre-trips / blowdowns on equipment prior to operatingComply with all the Company’s safety policies and proceduresLoad and unload outbound trucks in safe mannerRemove bales from baler and stack in yardRemove glass bags from dock area – and stack in yardHelp sort Recovery Plus loads and PSB BalesOperate all necessary equipment required for the performance of duties in the assigned area.Tip glass bags when neededComplete necessary paperwork related to shipping/ receiving / production etc.Maintain a clean work area and enforce safety expectations/ violationsHelp in other areas when required.  There's nobody quite like you Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:  Forklift experience/ certification moving large items (Loader certification would be an asset)High standard of safety as the position requires the employee to work on busy docks and in yard around 3rd party equipmentAble to keep calm in a highly intense environment.Excellent attendance recordAble to work unsupervised and as part of a teamPositive attitude and willing to learnExtreme hot conditions in the summer and cold weather in winterDry and dusty. We look forward to meeting you   About CascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
