To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at .Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.• Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.• Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.• Knowledge and understanding of the POS system, pumps.• Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.• Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility, and Respect.Why It Matters: Our Lake Country Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support our 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities.
