Key Responsibilities: Personal Care Support Assist clients with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, skincare, nail care, foot care, back care. Support safe mobility and ambulation; assist with range of motion exercises and the use of mobility aids (e.g., wheelchair, walker) Plan and prepare meals; assist with feeding as required Companionship & Homemaking Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishwashing, laundry, and changing bed linens Medication Support Assist clients with self-administered medications, as per the care plan Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of the DEARS (Drugs and Ethics) test Proficient in English (oral and written) and fluent in at least one of the following languages: Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle or alternative transportation Note: This job description outlines the general nature and responsibilities of the position.
