The environment is ambitious, driven, innovative, and values empowering people to make their mark from day-1 with the company.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEDegree in civil Engineering or Engineering tech, strong technical knowledgeMinimum 15 years progressing in construction, experienced in managing Water/Sewer ProjectsExceptional communication skills, written, verbal, onlineExceptional claims/extras management experienceDemonstrated commitment to your team and the aims and goals of the companyDemonstrated experience in cost savings on project deliveryDemonstrated experience developing customer focused client relationshipsKeen sense of foresight and versatility and a track record for creative problem solvingWHAT'S REQUIREDManage, lead and control projects from start to finish, including staff, sub-contractors performing staff assignments and job management.Develop, author and collaborate on budgets for designs, methodologies, submittals and schedules.Maintain and enforce high standards for health and safety on all project sitesFinancial acumen to manage a project P&L statementExceptional claims/extras management experienceMaximize production efficiencies and develop consistent and creative means and methods to remove barriers to productivity to increase, add value and save costs on projects.Develop and deliver quality projects reliably, sustainably and environmentally focusedCoach and mentor team members to foster a culture of betterment of the business and individuals who work within the businessThe management of the complete project lifecycle from pre-bid planning, operations planning, submittal documentation, daily work efforts, billing/payment certificates and project closeout.Develop plans to maximize margins, and ensure the companies interests are foremost during the project lifecycle.
