Toromont Cat is looking for a Shop Technician, Heavy Equipment to join our team As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for servicing a particular line of Caterpillar equipment and components in our shop. Your day will include planning, trouble shooting and repairing, as well as, preparing necessary service reports for customers. We are looking for people who are interested in diverse product range. Coordinate tasks, guide team members in daily activities, and address issues as they arise. Track parts, materials, tool, and inventory needs. Monitor work flow, identify tool requirements, and communicate findings to supervisors. Accountable for their team’s ability to meet productivity goals set by supervisors.
