If you’re a proactive problem solver who values collaboration and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll do:Provide technical customer support including problem replication / resolutionExperience in dealing with in-house and/or external end customersFunctional system level testing and validation of Software and HardwareCollaborate with development team to plan tests through product design cycleGenerate and follow-up with defects tracked in a project management databaseWork with multiple teams and departments across the company to validate solutionsCreate and update test procedures and conformance forms, help update product documentationMaintain Lab testing equipment and troubleshoot hardware/softwareissuesAssist with demo preparation Help identify, define, and design improvements for the product lineRequirements:To join our growing evTOC team you’ll need the following to make our team better:Work experience in a similar or related field – Software Validation, Quality Assurance (QA), Hardware Validation, System Test EngineeringDegree or Diploma in Computer, Electrical or Systems Engineering, Broadcast Television/ Film and/or Media Production is an assetKnowledge of Linux is desirableExperience with Jira, Confluence and/or Testrail is an assetUnderstanding video and compression is desirableMust be eligible for international travel and be able to work alone with little or no supervisionA clear and concise communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and observantJob Type: Full-timeWhat we Offer:Employer funded benefits program Competitive total compensation packageWork-Life BalanceEmployee assistance planEmployee Discount Platform Career Progression Casual Work Environment Social Events and Sports Teams
