Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada) Mandatory Requirements Mandatory Requirements Include: Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP certification (proof of the certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification (proof of the certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Requirements Include: Valid Certified Scrum Master CSM (proof of the certification to be provided) 10 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
