Title : Analyste support à la production applicative PeopleSoft / Application Production Support Analyst – PeopleSoft Lieu / Location : Montréal – Centre-ville, 3 jours/semaine sur site avec présence obligatoire au bureau les lundis ou vendredis / Montreal – Downtown, 3 days/week on site with mandatory office attendance on Mondays or Fridays Durée / Duration : 11 mois – 40 heures/semaine / 11 months – 40 hours/week Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes : Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Client Expérience obligatoire dans un environnement bancaire Expérience requise sur l'application PeopleSoft (application RH) Anglais requis Solide connaissance / expérience des éléments suivants : Langage des outils PeopleSoft (scripts PowerShell, SQR, SQC) Linux/Unix Autosys Oracle / SQL Scripting Shell (PowerShell) ServiceNow Compétences en applications Web (Apache Tomcat, IIS) Atouts : français Description du poste Support Niveau 1 Et 2 Surveillance active des activités de production Vérifier que les environnements PeopleSoft PROD et pré-production sont opérationnels Effectuer les actions correctives lorsque requis Collaborer avec les équipes TI externes pour la résolution des incidents Examiner le Process Scheduler pour les statuts Cancel, Cancelled, Error et No Success dans l'environnement PeopleSoft PROD Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement pour les escalades d'incidents de niveau 3 Gérer les alertes provenant des outils de surveillance et configurer de nouvelles alertes Documenter le travail et les efforts dans l'outil de suivi et collaborer avec l'équipe et la direction afin de réduire les problèmes récurrents Gérer les courriels reçus dans la boîte de support (création de billets pour les incidents signalés) Disponibilité pour du support en dehors des heures normales, au besoin Surveiller les serveurs Windows PeopleSoft lors de la réception d'alertes de l'équipe Wintel (espace de stockage, confirmation des sauvegardes) Gérer les demandes de création et de suppression de comptes SailPoint Surveiller les maintenances et correctifs à venir sur les serveurs (Application, Web, Base de données, F5) Animer des réunions opérationnelles avec les équipes BRM et ADM afin de traiter les incidents et problèmes en attente Gestion Des Changements Et Des Demandes Responsable et imputable des changements dans les environnements de pré-production et de production Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement pour la priorisation des livraisons S'assurer que les demandes de changement respectent les politiques du Groupe et du département Disponibilité pour les changements en dehors des heures normales et/ou les fins de semaine, au besoin Rapports Et Projets Spéciaux Participer aux phases d'élaboration des projets afin d'assurer la préparation de l'équipe de production aux changements à venir Participer aux activités de correctifs applicatifs afin de réduire les risques et vulnérabilités de sécurité TI avec les équipes ADM Produire des rapports réguliers au gestionnaire pour la priorisation et l'escalade Contrôler rigoureusement l'Clientès aux données sensibles de la plateforme Participer et animer des réunions avec les équipes concernées Analyser les résultats des contrôles, produire des rapports et mettre en place des actions correctives Assumer, au besoin, des responsabilités de gestion de projet pour des projets spéciaux Formation Et Expérience Professionnelle Expérience requise en support applicatif (> 5 ans) Expérience dans le secteur bancaire / financier souhaitée Expérience avec Actimize souhaitée, mais non obligatoire Expérience avec Prime souhaitée, mais non obligatoire Exigences Essentielles Solides compétences en bases de données (Oracle, MS SQL) Serveurs Unix/Linux et scripting Serveurs Windows et scripting (PowerShell, VBS) Outils de planification ($U, Autosys) Outils de surveillance (Sysload, Geneos) Compétences en applications Web (Apache Tomcat, IIS) Outils collaboratifs (SharePoint) Protocoles de transfert de fichiers Langages des outils PeopleSoft (scripts PowerShell, SQR, SQC) Compétences Additionnelles Application PeopleSoft (connaissance des menus/panneaux PS, rôles de sécurité, permissions de sécurité, App Engine, SQR, rapports SQR) Outils de chiffrement / déchiffrement === The candidate must have the following qualifications: Requirements: 4+ years as an Client Must have experience in the banking environment Must have experience on working on People Soft application (HR application). English required Must have strong knowledge / experience with the following : Peoplesoft tools language (PowerShell script, SQR, SQC) Linux/Unix Autosys Oracle/SQL Shell Scripting (PowerShell) ServiceNow Web application skills (Apache Tomcat, IIS) Assets : French speaking Job description: Main Responsibilities: Level 1 And 2 Support Active monitoring of production activities. Confirm that PeopleSoft PROD and pre-prod environments are up and running. Perform remediation steps when required. Interface with external IT communities to resolve incidents Review Process Scheduler for schedules by Client for 'Cancel', 'Cancelled', 'Error' and 'No Success' Run Status in PeopleSoft PROD environment Work with development community for Level 3 incident escalations Manage alerts from alerting tool and configure new alerts Log work and effort in support tracking application and work with team and management to reduce recurring issues Review and manage emails in Support mailbox for any email from user reporting any issue (create ticket for the issue) Available for after-hours support activities, when necessary Monitor PeopleSoft Windows servers on reception of alert from Wintel (storage space is not over the threshold, confirm backup completion) Manage Sailpoint new account creation and account removal request Monitoring upcoming maintenance/patches on the servers (Application, Web, Database, F5) Lead operational meetings with BRM and ADM to address pending problem/incident tickets Change And Request Management Responsible and accountable for changes to the pre-prod and production environment Work with development community for release prioritization Ensure that requests for change adhere to Group and Department Policies Available for after-hours and/or weekend change activities, when necessary Reporting & Special Projects Participate in project elaboration phases to ensure application production team is aware of upcoming changes, and the team has required skills for supporting changes post-launch Participate on Application patching to remove IT security risk and vulnerabilities with ADM teams Regular reporting to line manager for prioritization and escalation Tightly control access to sensitive data in the platform Conduct and participate in meetings with related communities Perform control result analysis and reporting and take up corrective actions as needed As required, take up project management responsibilities for special projects Training And Occupational Experience Support role experience required ( >5 years' experience) Experience in Banking / Financial sector preferred Actimize experience preferred, but not mandatory Prime experience preferred, but not mandatory Essentials Specific Requirements: Strong database skills (Oracle, MS SQL) Unix/Linux servers and scripting Windows servers and scripting (Powershell, VBS) Scheduling tools ($U, Autosys) Monitoring tools (Sysload, Geneos) Web application skills (Apache Tomcat, IIS) Collaboration Frameworks (SharePoint) File transfer protocols PeopleSoft tools language (Powershell Script, SQR, SQC) Additional Skills: PeopleSoft application (knowledge on PS menu/panel/security role/security permission/App Engine/SQR/ SQR Report), Encryption/Decryption tools
