Overview Nespresso: MerchandiserMatch Retail is seeking a Merchandiser for our client Nespresso. Working closely with the Nespresso's team, the Merchandiser will ensure displays are stocked, cleaned, organized, and accessible to elevate the customers’ shopping experience in various retail point of sales. This position is a full-time contract with the possibility of extension.What you will be doing:Visit stores daily according to your time and territory planEnsure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS) Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan Ensures negotiated footprint is respectedManage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocksConduct in-store training on promotions and new product launches to sales associates Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tastingMerchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelinesClean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.Collect daily data on POS, distribution, competition, in-store activities in NTT (system application)Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso teamBe a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores. What we are looking for: 1-3 years’ experience in merchandising or sales in fast moving consumer or luxury goodValid driver’s license and access to a reliable car requiredStrong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages. Good problem solving and time management skillsDetail-oriented, reliable, and friendlyAbility to self-manage remotelyDetailed knowledge with Window Environment (Excel, Word, PP)Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out daily reports Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)Must be willing to travel all stores within their territoryAdditional details:This is a full-time contractual position with a schedule of 8am-5pm from Monday – FridayHourly rate + km allocation Expectations – KPI: 3-5 training sessions per weekWinset changes as needed Minimum 1 quality picture per visit Who we are: Match Retail is a leading sales, merchandising and branded retail agency working for major brands across North America.
