Facility and Work Location - Richmond and RichmondPosting Locations - RichmondDepartment - Maintenance Team Richmond 1 Job Function - Maintenance Employee Type - Regular Employee FT  Hourly Shift/Hours - Hourly Rate- $50.70About This OpportunityThe Maintenance Mechanic role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, involving troubleshooting, immediate maintenance support, and proactive measures at Coke Canada production facilities. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines.Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.Overhaul and install new equipment.Rebuild and fabricate parts.Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.Generate and complete work orders as assigned.Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent433A Millwright license required, Dual Ticket (Electrician/Millwright) preferred1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required as a millwright.Must have the ability to read and interpret diagramsProgrammable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge would be an asset.Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment, Bottling experience preferredDemonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.Basic computer skills, usage of SAP systemTo learn about the competencies required for the role, click hereAbout Us: Proudly Canadian and Independently Owned, We are Coke Canada Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is Canada’s premier bottling company.
