We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join Cambridge Memorial Hospital as our Director, Support Services and Planning. In this pivotal role, you will shape the physical environment of the hospital and lead the teams that keep it safe, efficient, and welcoming for patients, families, and staff. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Corporate Services and CFO, you will oversee a broad and meaningful portfolio—including Infrastructure Planning and Capital Development, Space Planning, Facilities, Security, Environmental Services, Food Services and Patient Transportation. You will guide major infrastructure and capital projects, champion sustainability, and help ensure the hospital’s operations align with our mission of Creating Healthier Communities, Together. As Director, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, provincial and municipal partners, contractors, and clinicians. You’ll lead high-performing teams, build strong relationships, and provide expert strategic direction that supports both day-to-day excellence and long-term hospital growth.
