Ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Proficiency in creating Functional Documents and collaborating with technical teams to align with technical design documents. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance project velocity and stakeholder satisfaction. Strong communication and negotiation skills for aligning diverse teams on complex project deliverables. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in identifying workflow optimization opportunities for innovation and improvement. Ability to prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints. Technical collaboration skills to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams. Experience in ensuring solutions adhere to regulatory, privacy, and security standards. Participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to support agile and waterfall delivery.
