The Associate Manager, Recruitment & Onboarding will work in collaboration with the Manulife Talent Acquisition team to proactively source and build talent pipelines for our Canadian Disability & Group Life teams to ensure that the company’s recruiting results in quality hires for our Disability organization.Responsibilities:Liaise with Disability leadership to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.In partnership with Talent Acquisition’s recruitment efforts, stay current on industry trends and actively participate in industry events.
