The incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the People Team which includes primarily managing the candidate’s experience life cycle and providing support to all other cohorts of the Center of Excellence.What you’re responsible for:Talent Attraction:Assist with employer branding through off-site Campus recruitment events Responsible for posting all job requisitions on company career site, ensuring brand consistency on all platforms Lead background check administrative function which includes follow up and correspondence with the candidates Manage summer student recruitment from resumes screening, phone interviews and offer letter managementResponsible for all new hire paperwork and onboarding communication for new hires, ensuring documents are audited and filled in in a timely mannerCreate monthly dashboards on recruitment metrics Documenting all processes and guidelines for the Talent Attraction Team and functionAssistance with resume screening, phone interviews as required Talent Management:Review, track, and manage compliance with mandatory training for all Samsung new hiresAd hoc-create events on Samsung U and upload rosters to distribute learning hoursAssist with quarterly learning days and new hire orientation schedule Ad-hoc projectsTotal Rewards and HRBP Function:Create internal company communications as required Work with HRBP team to ensure employee files are audited and shipped to iron mountain, when applicable Ad-hoc projects To join our team:University degree or College equivalent in Human Resources preferredMinimum of 1 year of HR experience required Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar/emailExcellent communication skills, written and verbalMotivated with a positive attitude and excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to develop and promote strong customer relationships at all levelsEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to deal with confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and tactCreative thinking with the ability to streamline processes and drive efficiencies What’s in it for you:Competitive base salary $55K-$60K+bonusGenerous time off: 3 weeks’ vacation.Comprehensive benefits package: Includes medical, dental, vision, health.Retirement support: Company-sponsored savings plan to help build your financial future.Hybrid work model: Designed to support collaboration, learning, and meaningful connections.Top-tier tools: Best-in-class systems and equipment so you can do your best work.The Interview Process:Stage 1: If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first conversation with the recruiter.Stage 2: The next step is a virtual conversation with the hiring manager.Stage 3: The final step is an in-person interview with the hiring manager and extended team members.Ready to bring your talent to a team where your impact matters?
