Purpose & Objectives The COO Customer Support & CLM team is at the heart of our business operations, overseeing and transforming the effectiveness of how we run. We are seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Data Visualization and Storytelling Associate to support a variety of executive presentations, projects and operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual communication and driven by transformation and continuous innovation. Expectations & Tasks Presentation Design: Create visually compelling and engaging executive presentations using PowerPoint day in and day out. Data Visualization: Transform complex data into easy-to-understand infographics, charts, and graphs. Visual Storytelling: Build compelling visual communications in various formats such as infographics, posters, and digital assets. Strategy Execution: Participate in the creation and execution of communication strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize communication processes for the COO organization. Meeting Facilitation: Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings related to presentation design and delivery. Platform Management: Build, maintain, and continuously improve multiple SharePoint and MS Teams sites to enhance collaboration and information sharing. What You Bring to the Role 1-2 years of professional experience.  Technical Proficiency: PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative visual solutions that enhance storytelling. Attention to Detail: Well-organized and detail-oriented with a project-management approach to structuring work assignments. Communication Skills: Excellent time management and both written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals. Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
