Christmas closure is paid time off from December 25 – January 1 each year.Description:The NLC Foundation Clerk provides front line client services, and clerical and administrative support for the NLC Foundation. The role includes assisting the Development Officer with donor events and carrying out standard office functions such as filing, photocopying, coordinating and setting up meetings, sorting mail, overseeing copier and fax equipment, and responding to community inquiries and requests for information. This position holds financial responsibilities for the Foundation, including preparing financial documents, travel requisitions, personal reimbursement claims, and departmental credit card statements for payment.
