The bigger picture We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic summer student to join our Member Contact Centre team in Lloydminster as a Member Contact Centre Representative 1. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) 4-month term position. The anticipated period of employment is May 4, 2026, through to August 28, 2026. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and will be responsible for assisting them with their day-to-day banking needs over the phone. How you’ll be spending your time Taking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, who proactively uncovers and identifies member needs through meaningful conversation Providing online banking support and troubleshooting to members Assisting members with their everyday account related activities and providing financial services advice and solutions to meet their needs Helping to educate our members on the value of our products and services by providing the most up-to-date and relevant financial information available Growing and adapting your skills and knowledge in order to consistently perform with confidence The way people describe you You are a people person who develops relationships based on understanding and trust. You are a clear communicator who takes a genuine interest in people and actively listens to understand. You proactively step into conversations with courage and empathy.
