We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation Department Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer experience and support sales strategies across our three business lines. You will work closely with various business partners to manage hiring, compensation, and business needs, and participate in strategic and operational projects that impact contracts and sales force compensation. As a key liaison between internal departments and the compensation team, you will ensure continuous improvement of processes to support the growth of the sales force and maintain high service standards. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage employees handling payroll for the Assumption Group, and supervise the team, service standards, and team development.
