Our client location in Baie D'urfe is currently looking for an inventory coordinator posituon. This client has experience dealing with specializing in third-party logistics warehousing/distribution, is looking for an inventory logistics specialist.Are you computer savvy? Experience with WMS?AdvantagesMonday to Friday work hours are between 7am to 3pm 40 hour work weekFull medical and dental benefits (Day 1)Pension, RRSP Matching3weeks vacationSalary $48,000-55,000$Responsibilities•Perform warehouse duties using equipment (Forklift, Raymond Reach, Reverse);• Investigating and identifying the root cause of inventory variances;• Managing physical inventory counts on short timelines;• Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts;• Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program;• Processing claims and warehouse transfers;• Inspecting and correcting Inventory Diagnostics;• Client exit and deletion procedures;• Handling client emails and interactions via phone and inputting the orders into the system• Entry and release of the count plans within the Warehouse Management System;• Picking support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods found during processing• Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System;• Identifies nonconformities and potential nonconformities;• Article maintenance and set up;• Direct customer interaction to resolve issues;• Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements of Health Canada and otherapplicable authorities and client requirements are met.• Any other duties as assignedQualificationsThe person we are looking for stands out for his or her concern for a job well done.
