As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for a Receptionist - Medication Management Clinic. The Receptionist - Medication Management Clinic cordially greets and receives hospital guests, ascertains their needs and appropriately directs visitors. Operates the hospital switchboard in a professional manner and correctly routes calls. Performs admission registration process and a variety of clerical duties. Complies with attendance and punctuality policy. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pmEssential Job Responsibilities:Welcomes and greets patients as they arrive for their scheduled appointment.Reviews and verifies demographic information and insurance coverage, updating computer system as needed.Distributes and reviews patient forms and screening tools.Collects co-pays and provides patient with a receipt.Schedules patient appointments.
