This role involves designing and implementing performance testing plans, configuring performance testing tools and environments, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality testing solutions. Share What you'll do Responsibilities Designing, creating and conducting large scale performance tests with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoadParticipating in the testing and optimization of software performance, working as a consultant to support teams consisting of IT architects, infrastructure system admins, development and service center staff to ensure that IT systems deliver a reliable applicationWork closely with project stakeholders to identify and define performance thresholds and SLAsSupporting delivery through the creation, maintenance, and execution of performance test plansAssist with the detailed analysis and interpretation of results to help identify and isolate issues and propose solutionsBuild knowledge of industry leading tools and practices in the area of performance testing and disseminate knowledge through mentorship and trainingProactively resolving complex technical issues and demonstrating innovative thinking by regularly making recommendations for new approaches to technical work and broader issues resolution through continual quality assurance and produce system environment monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning and capacity planning What you'll need Qualifications Computer Science Degree or equivalent7+ years' of hands on performance testing experienceDemonstrated experience designing, creating and conducting large scale performance tests with industry standard tools such as LoadRunner.
