In joining the program, you will gain professional business acumen, insurance industry experience and an opportunity to work with inspirational leaders. Our summer internship Program runs from May 2026 until August 2026.Key skills acquired:Understanding of our different business areasInsight into our culture, working methods and delivery networksKnowledge in our core range of productsWe’re excited about you because: You're passionate and thoughtful when it comes to offering an amazing customer experienceYou aren't afraid to work in a dynamic environment and learn new processesOrganization is your strength and you love staying on top of projectsYou get creative when it comes to problem solvingYou are collaborative with teammates, communicate effectively, and build relationships easilyWhat we’re looking for:Post-secondary students who identify as BlackThe flexibility to work in different areas of the businessStrong drive and curiosity to learnCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary program and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or college diplomaOnce successful candidates are identified and hired, we will work with the business to identify challenging work experiences that will leverage individual candidate strengths and interests.
