We value innovation, teamwork, and quality in everything we do. The RoleS3 Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our head office team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This role supports all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while coordinating immigration for international hires and maintaining HR systems and documentation. It's an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make an impact in a collaborative, growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientationsManage job postings, screening, offer letters, and employee recordsTrack and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislationMaintain HR systems, reports, and monthly metricsSupport immigration processes for new international employeesAssist with other HR and administrative duties as neededQualifications3+ years of HR experience and related education or trainingStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication, organization, and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentialityAssetsWorking toward or holding a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designationExperience with immigration coordination and/or multi-division organizationsFamiliarity with HR metrics and reportingReady to Join S3?We offer competitive wages, benefits, and RRSP matching, along with opportunities to keep learning and advancing.
